The hotel was adequately located near the subway and local restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful during my stay, giving me great information about local spots. the continental breakfast was reasonable, which included juice, cereal, and yogurt.
The room was dirty and had a strong odor. I had to request linens to be changed after my arrival, which should have been done before I checked in.

Friendly helpful staff. Location
We were told there would be some breakfast left for us because we were departing before serving hours. But all that was left was plain white bread. For the price it could have been a lot better.

This Hotel was perfect. The location was ideal. Walking distance to taxis and metro. It's quaint atmosphere and small size adds to its charm. We just enjoyed everything and the staff was so considerate. The attention to detail was superb. Nice restaurants are within walking distance. The breakfast was terrific and the crepe with the sweet cream was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Santiago.

We had a terrific stay at this hotel. It was very clean and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were great: we really appreciated having access to a lounge area, laptops and a snack bar. The breakfast selection was good and filling, and the staff were fantastic. We also loved the location on a quiet street that was very near everything, including subway transportation.
Nothing that we didn't like.

Good breakfast, location, comfortable bed, helpful front desk.
Closet took up half of the room. Better to eliminate the closet.

This small hotel (converted from a house four years ago) offers a range of room sizes and prices from my smallest room to a large family room. The communal areas are beautiful. AC and Wi-Fi both excellent throughout the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the excellent and friendly reception staff. I will return!

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was thoroughly impressed. The location is fantastic, situated on a quiet street, yet still close to everything, including the subway. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a great stay. The rooms were comfortable and had lovely personal touches to the decor. And let me tell you, the breakfast was incredible! The coffee was the best I've had in a long time.
All was fine, no complaints here.

I had a comfortable stay in a beautiful hotel with friendly staff. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel had a quaint colonial charm. The breakfast was good, and the coffee was the best I've had in Peru. The hotel is located in a quiet street in a residential area.
Everything is what I need and want.

We stayed in a small room but it was quite comfortable. the bathroom was tiny too but the water pressure was good. the location of the hotel was great, as we were within walking distance of several good restaurants and very close to the subway station. We enjoyed using the laptops and the snack bar in the lounge area.
The breakfast was pretty average - mostly just toast, coffee, and yogurt.

Great location near tourist sites and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and cozy. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious. The outdoor sitting areas were relaxing and beautiful.
The bathroom was old and needs to be upgraded. There was no extractor fan, so there was mould on the ceiling.
